THINX Know Your Flow UI
TL;DR
This was another great project that I had the opportunity to work on with THINX’s creative director, UX team and Engineers. The idea was centered around digitizing their PMS (Period Menstrual Service) truck experience that toured the country some months prior. The truck functioned as both a showroom and educational space replete with a period specialist who gave consultations that included a questionnaire and takeaway materials.
PROBLEM
A highlight from the experience revealed that many menstruators had a lack of knowledge around the specifics of their cycle.
GOALS
Develop a ‘know your flow’ solution-oriented digital consultation space borrowed from THINX recent PMS (Period Menstrual Service) truck tour.
Empower menstruators to make informed product decisions by facilitating their understanding of what best suits their bodies.

Reference Materials
Drawing from the Period Menstrual Service tour materials, our aim was to ensure that the digital experience was welcoming, enjoyable, informative, user-friendly, and empowering.
Final screens
Screens and documentation were handed off to the lead in-house developer for a later build. The concept featured a personalized questionnaire, offering tailored product recommendations with the option to save results, accompanied by links to pertinent blog posts. As an additional, blue sky feature, a persistent, collapsible widget was designed to provide users with product recommendations as they shop.
